Freight forwarding is the most important service on which the quality of transportation directly depends. PTS LLC provides a full range of freight forwarding services at all terminals of the Big Port of St. Petersburg. Thanks to direct contractual relations with stevedores, we are ready to provide the best and most expeditious expedition services.
The port forwarding offer includes:
- Obtaining originals of ocean and feeder bills of lading, as well as permits from the sea carrier for the export of goods from the port;
- Container equipment insurance at the request of a sea carrier;
- Closing financial issues with container lines and terminals;
- Ordering vehicles taking into account the wishes of the client about the delivery time and features of unloading in the warehouse
- Placement of a visit for the arrival of vehicles at the port terminal for container removal;
- Organization of intra-port operations (inspection, weighing, loading onto vehicles);
- Control of cargo delivery and delivery of empty equipment;
- Payment of all bills and re-allocation of these costs to the client;
- Direct handling of goods: safe transfer to motor vehicles both within the terminal and beyond (in the Yanino LP) with the possibility of temporary storage of goods and, if necessary, ordering surveyors
